In 2007, we started looking for a franchise opportunity and came across Buffalo Wings & Rings. We saw that the closest one was in Rapid City. Because I had to work that Monday, we made the 500-mile trip in the same day. The boneless wings had just been introduced and the food was awesome. We went to visit the corporate team in Cincinnati in the Summer of 2008 and fell in love with the concept.
