Since its inception, the club level sports restaurant franchise has cemented itself as the go-to option for fans and families looking to watch their favorite sporting event in a friendly atmosphere.
A commitment to high quality
Much of the brand’s unwavering success comes from its commitment to a chef-driven menu featuring fresh and innovative ingredients. 11 Reasons Why Buffalo Wings & Rings Franchisees Chose the Brand
1. The Menu: Chef-Inspired Recipes Made to Order with Fresh, Quality Ingredients
"Everything on the menu is made fresh in-house with high-quality ingredients; nothing was frozen or premade and it was plated nicely. I remember when I first saw all of the soups were made in-house - I'll never forget that detail."- David Bourlier, Port Charlotte, North Port, and Fort Myers, FL
2. The Experience: Every Seat in the House is in VIP
"Buffalo Wings & Rings Offers a VIP service that is also family-friendly. There is so much detail that goes into this level of service. We aren't trying to be a run-of-the-mill wings and beer joint, bombarded by alcohol advertising. We have comfortable seating and offer an environment that is enjoyable for the whole family to watch a game. These small details go a long way with our guests and make for a better overall experience."- Shaun Hill, Bardstown and Elizabethtown, KY
3. The Corporate Team: Committed to the Success of Its Franchise Family
In 2007, we started looking for a franchise opportunity and came across Buffalo Wings & Rings. We saw that the closest one was in Rapid City. Because I had to work that Monday, we made the 500-mile trip in the same day. The boneless wings had just been introduced and the food was awesome. We went to visit the corporate team in Cincinnati in the Summer of 2008 and fell in love with the concept. Dan Doulen [Director of Franchise Development] was just beginning his time with BW&R that Summer also. The whole experience meeting Dan, Philip [Chief Development Officer], Nader [CEO], and Haytham [President & CEO, International] made us feel like family right away. We were sold, closed on our building that July and opened in February of 2009."- Al Hauck, Minot, Bismarck, Grand Forks and Fargo, ND
4. A Bright Future: Building Your Wealth
"Our franchisees are not only able to generate a generous ongoing income for their families, but they are also creating wealth by building transferable value over time with increased equity."- Daniel Doulen, Director of Franchise Development
5. The Specialty Items: Wings, Rings & Other Delicious Things
"I was blown away by the number of wing flavor options, how many sauces you can choose from, and that you can pick the level of heat. I thought it was really exciting. During our first visit, we ate the parmesan garlic wings, and those are still my favorite today."- Amy Anyder, Lincoln, NE
6. Sauce of the Matter: Tossing Wings in Quality
"There was a Buffalo Wings & Rings near our home in the mid 1980s. I fell in love with the Buffalo original sauce. It was a butter-based sauce that we still use today."- Si Rose, Finneytown and West Chester, OH
7. Homemade Bleu Cheese: Success from Scratch
"Before buying my own Buffalo Wings & Rings restaurant, I hated bleu cheese. But I remember on Discovery Day with the BW&R team made me dip my wing in the brand's signature bleu cheese dipping sauce and I instantly like it. Another standout menu item is our burgers; they are all made of high-quality meat."- Bourlier
8. Fresh Never Frozen: Elevated Wings Means Elevated Experience
"I was a big wing fan, so during my very first visit to Buffalo Wings & Rings I ordered an assortment of types of wings - and I really like them all, and I especially liked that they were cooked fresh to order."- Hill
9. Comfort is King: A Great Place to Take the Whole Family
"We fell in love with the concept because of it's great food and comfortable atmosphere to catch a game."- Hauck
10. Total Package: The Overall Model Appeals to Franchisees
"Buffalo Wings & Rings' unique and focused approach towards creating an elevate experience for the guest, combined with a high emphasis on quality and freshness of food, is what sold me on the brand."- Rose
11. Strong Support Structure: Corporate Team Has Franchisees' Backs
"We heard about the Buffalo Wings & Rings franchise before we tried the food. At the time, there was only one location in Nebraska - in Omaha, which was an hour away from us. We were interested, so we made a trip to try the food, and by the next month, we were at the corporate office talking about franchise opportunities. Our meeting with Nader and the corporate team sealed the deal. They support you, they are down to earth, and you feel like they are your partners and that you are working as a team to achieve a common goal. We love the food and the restaurant experience, but the team is what made us take the leap in the end. Six months later, we bought the first of our two Buffalo Wings & Rings locations."- Snyder
