Flagship Buffalo Wings & Rings® Restaurant Debuts in Naperville
BW&R next generation build-out and menu encourages Naperville residents to catch up and connect over great food and good times.
Cincinnati, OH November 10, 2011 — The newest Buffalo Wings & Rings (BW&R) restaurant will open this Wednesday, November 14, 2011, in Naperville, located at 1279 Rickert Drive, thanks to successful local franchise group ABDN Grill, Inc.
The new BW&R Naperville location is a 6,500-square-foot establishment, featuring 280 seats, as well as a covered outdoor patio. What makes this location unique; however, is that it’s the first in the entire chain of 50 locations nationwide to incorporate the full-scale next generation construction. Elements include two tap tables in the bar area, and high-definition matrix television units in the dining room and bar. Additional highights of this next-generation model for the chain include a fresh and playful décor package, more natural lighting, two gaming areas (in the dining room and the bar), round and oval booths in the dining room, a radius bar and other components conducent to the gathering of a wide variety of groups of all ages.
“BW&R’s new store design was developed to create the perfect environment for gathering. It’s open, bright, contemporary and fun,” said Roger David, President and CEO for the chain. “Our Naperville customers will be the first to experience this new physical space that was conceived to encourage large groups to gather, be it families and friends or even local teams.”
In tandem with the new store design, the Naperville location opens with the recently expanded menu of 40 fresh product additions ranging from appetizers and burgers to salads and desserts.
“The crave-worthy flavors of BW&R run throughout the menu with unexpected tastes and flavor combinations in the burgers, salads, gyros, sandwiches and quesadillas,” said Rob Mittman, marketing director for the BW&R Naperville franchise group, ABDN Grill, Inc. “We’re excited that Naperville will be the first to debut it in conjunction with the new build-out.”
To celebrate their new restaurant with the local community, BW&R Naperville will host a Grand Opening Celebration Event on Saturday, December 10th. Festivities planned that day include a ribbon cutting with local community leaders, as well as a check presentation to the Special Olympics. The first 100 customers through the door that day will get a free 16 oz. BW&R Naperville pint glass and t-shirt, and four of those 100 glasses will contain $100 gift cards (max two per family). Additionally, a wing eating competition will commence at 3 p.m. with local athletes from area Naperville high schools.
