Partners' Biographies
Philip Schram – President and CEO
Schram was born in Paris,
France where he earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering and
Management. He has a family history of entrepreneurship on both
his and his wife’s sides. He has a global supply chain
background acquired at the world leaders in the automotive
industry (Renault, Ford and ZF). Schram successfully developed
two e-Business companies, one of which is supporting the
Franchise Chain’s knowledge management infrastructure
Paljunction. Schram has been President and CEO of Buffalo Wings
& Rings since the inception of the company in January 2005. The
company underwent a dramatic transformation program consisting
of first a totally new franchisee-focused approach, and second
an unparalleled financial performance demeanor. This compelling
formula resulted in sustained growth momentum with now more than
70 restaurants in the network. Schram’s outlook to the future
includes unlimited expansion opportunities through continuous
process improvement, more brand enhancements, and acquisitions. Schram’s greatest assets are his leadership, abilities and strategic
vision. Schram was nominated for the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Nader Masadeh – Executive Vice-President & CFO
Masadeh earned a BS in engineering and two MBAs.
He has a manufacturing, logistics and purchasing background acquired at Ford and P&G.
Masadeh owned, with his family, both Goldstar restaurants and Buffalo Wings & Rings in the past ten years.
Masadeh won the Best of Show award at the University of Cincinnati for design engineering projects.
Nader Masadeh has been EVP and CFO of Buffalo Wings & Rings since January 2005.
Haytham David – Vice-President of Sales and Marketing
David has 30 years of experience in the
restaurant industry. Since 1984, David successfully launched
several concepts of restaurants, including the Pizzeria Papa
Gallo and Greek Isles Gyros (chain with four locations). David
owns one Buffalo Wings & Rings restaurant. David has been VP
of Sales and Marketing of Buffalo Wings & Rings since January
2005.
