In 1984 we served our very first wing in Cincinnati, Ohio. We took a hands on approach that focused on food and flavor. Fresh wings, homemade sauces, and a dedication to the community we serve. The fresh flavors and welcoming style helped us expand and grow, and led to the franchising of the restaurant in 2005. Today there are 59 locations domestic and international but we’re rapidly growing.

Buffalo Wings & Rings appears in Cincinnati, serving up homemade bleu cheese and signature wings in Original, Roasted Garlic, Mild, Medium, Hot and Extra Hot.

With new ownership comes a greater vision
Philip Schram, Nader Masadeh and Haytham David buy Buffalo Wings & Rings – combining their love of wings and sports.
The Buffalo roams, expanding our turf to Texas, California and Kentucky.
We introduce our fresh/never frozen boneless tenders to the family. Plus we add Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Crazy and Garlic Parmesan sauces.
We open up shop in Chicago.
The name gets bigger
13 new store openings! 6 in TX, 2 in FL as well as stores in NC, KY, ND, IN and IL We also sponsor Patrick Sheltra for ARCA RE/MAX season.
Upgrading to a club-level experience
We open up stores in Omaha NE and Rapid City SD.
We add fresh, never frozen hamburgers to the menu as well as lighter fare options including several new salads and wraps.

We launch the ultimate experience in sports dining with our new look.
Chef inspired menu items
