It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to Buffalo Wings & Rings. When the first Buffalo Wings & Rings restaurant opened in
1988, nobody dreamt it would set the stage for development of a
chain of restaurants.
Buffalo Wings & Rings became a regional phenomenon almost overnight. How had we become so popular? Was it because our food is so good? Was it because our
strategic choices are sound? Or perhaps it was because all worked so hard and spent so many long hours making certain our customers received the best service! We then realized it was all of the above. Highlighted below are some of the important elements of our system.
Owners make the
best operators
Nothing guarantees success more than an owner who is personally
committed to and active in the restaurant business!
Our single unit, multi-unit and area franchisees all assume a major role in the operation of the business.
Keep the opening costs economical
Conversion of restaurants or other businesses often result in tremendous cost savings. Our staff will assist you in evaluating conversions
and other construction alternatives which have the potential to significantly reduce up-front costs.
Keep the system simple
The equipment package, operational and business systems have been designated with simplicity in mind so the franchisee is able to focus on properly servicing every customer.
Human resources are expensive
Our training program is geared towards helping you select the most qualified applications. We also believe it is important to provide a pleasant
and productive work environment, and we pride ourselves in establishing personnel policies and programs that promote longevity.
Advertising your restaurant
A variety of media is used to advertise the business. Radio, buses, television, billboards, newspaper and
many other formats have been employed. However, we continue to recognize the best
advertising is word of mouth. The most successful franchisees devote
time every day promoting their restaurant through local community efforts and positive customer relations.
As the President of Buffalo Wings & Rings, LLC, I personally encourage participation from the franchise community. Some of our
best ideas have been the result of the collaboration between the corporate staff and franchisees. If you are the kind of individual who wants to become
a participating member of our team, or would like to learn more about our approach to the restaurant business, please contact us.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss our franchise program with you.
Philip Schram, President.
